|Q. When will my tickets be mailed?
A. All tickets and passes will be mailed during June of 2017.
|Q. Can tickets be mailed to Canada?
A. All international orders will be available for pick-up at will call only; an address must be in the United States of America to have the option of receiving via mail.
|Q. I have moved, or I plan to move, and I want to make sure I receive the tickets I purchased. How do I change my address?
A. Address change requests must be submitted by providing both the old and new addresses in writing to the Solheim Cup via email (SolheimCup@lpga.com) or mail (Des Moines Golf and Country Club, Attn: Solheim Cup, 1600 Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, IA 50266).
|Q. Are there single day match tickets available?
A. Yes, single day match tickets are available. You can purchase daily passes for Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday. Cost is $60 each.
|Q. Are there practice day tickets available?
A. Yes, single day practice tickets are available. You can purchase daily passes for Monday ($15), Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. Cost is $30 each.
|Q. Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
A. Junior tickets cannot be purchased online. Junior Tickets will be available on site at will call and both admission gates during the week of the 2017 Solheim Cup. Juniors (age 17 and younger as of August 14, 2017) will be provided Junior Tickets free of charge any day when accompanied by a ticketed adult. A maximum of two (2) Junior Tickets per day may be obtained per one ticketed adult.
|Q. Are there group tickets available?
A. If you are interested in purchasing group tickets (10+ guests) please contact us directly at 1-800-2SOLHEIM.
|Q. Do I have to buy a parking pass for each day?
A. It depends on which pass you purchase. The off-site parking pass ($35/week) provides weekly access (Monday-Sunday). The on-site Main Entrance parking pass is $40/day and you will need to select the specific day when buying.
|Q. Where will general parking be available for spectators?
A. Parking locations will be confirmed in the Spring of 2017; please check back for details.
|Q. I do not live in the area. Where should I make my accommodations?
A. Please visit the official hotel network (under the event information tab) and reserve your room today! Rooms are filling up quickly!
|Q. Does the Wells Fargo Pavilion provide access to walk the golf course and watch the matches?
A. Yes, the Wells Fargo Pavilion ticket provides access to both the tournament grounds and the Wells Fargo Pavilion.
|Q. Does the Country Club Grille provide access to walk the golf course and watch the matches?
A. Yes, the Country Club Grille ticket provides access to both the tournament grounds and the Country Club Grille.
|Q. How much of the golf course can I see from the Wells Fargo Pavilion?
A. The Wells Fargo Pavilion is located near the clubhouse and is adjacent to the 18th fairway and green.
|Q. Will there be ADA access to the Wells Fargo Pavilion?
A. Yes, there will be ADA access to the Wells Fargo Pavilion and all public areas.
|Q. How can I reserve a motorized scooter?
A. Details regarding motorized scooters will be available in 2017; please check back for more information.

|Q. Does the travel package include tickets to walk the grounds and watch play?
A. Yes, the travel package includes tickets to the tournament grounds as well as access to the Wells Fargo Pavilion.
|Q. Do I have to select a quantity of two (2) Double Occupancy travel packages if I want to attend with another person?
A. No, the Double Occupancy travel package includes two (2) guests so please only select a quantity of one (1) for every two guests attending in your party.
|Q. Is the Reception included as part of the travel package the same as the Gala dinner?
A. No, the Reception is a separate function at the hotel specifically for our travel package guests.
