Jessica Korda announced Sunday via Instagram that she will “stop playing” indefinitely in order to rehab a back injury that has been plaguing the 30-year-old throughout the 2023 season.
Korda said that despite “committing countless hours of treatment at home and on the road,” the “pain is not improving.”
There is no timeline for when Korda will return to LPGA Tour competition, but the six-time winner is “working with the best of the best and is focused on coming back as soon as possible.”
